DIY Recipe - Heat Relief Dessert

🫖 Ingredients:
• Green Bean 80g
• Dried Lily Bulb (Bai He) 20g
• Chinese Barley (Yi Yi Ren) 40g
• Pandan Leaves 2-3pcs
• Rock Sugar to taste
• Water 1.5L

🔖 Directions:
1. Rinse green beans, dried lily bulbs, Chinese barley and pandan leaves thoroughly. (For a softer texture, soak the Chinese barley and green beans for about 1–2 hours - optional if using a pressure cooker).
2. Place rinsed ingredients into the pressure cooker. Add water.
• Cook under high pressure for 20–25 minutes, until beans and barley are tender.
• Release pressure safely, then add rock sugar. Stir until dissolved.
• Serve warm or chilled.
